UI builder show/hide component in builder broken after 7.0.31 update

Current Behavior

Component is agnotic against the swith show/hide in UI builder aftre the reacent 7.0.31 update

Expected Behavior

Accordint to the documentation any component should be visible (if on) or invisible (if off) visibility toggle shitched position. The bug makes UI design even worse in FF

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a stack
2. Feed with any seeded component
3. Turn conditional visibility On
4. Try to swith on/off
5. Obtain visual artefacts in UI builder (COMPONENT IS ALWAY HIDDEN)

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue. We're currently on version 7.0.32, so it's possible it was already fixed in the latest deployment.
