Selecting a Status Doesn't Update "Applied" Toggle

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add Job
2. Change Status from Draft to something else
3. Not Applied stays unselected and Date Applied stays inactive

Wouldn't it be better to remove the Applied toggle altogether?

Thanks for the feedback and raising the issues, it was the basic initial design to capture applied status, I will revamp a new design soon that would also capture the status timeline. You have raised some good issues, will be added in the next release hopefully.
