Lost Win+D, can't restore it

Describe the bug

While trying different settings in Open Shell, from the Start Menu, I completely lost the functionality of Win+D. I could no longer get into the Windows or Open Shell start menus.

So I uninstalled and reinstalled Open Shell. Now I can get into the Start menus again, but Win+D still not working. What can I do to restore Win+D and other missing Win combos?

Win+r and Win+M do work, but none of the other combinations.

What changes can I make in the Open Shell configuration to restore the keys?

Open-Shell is not supposed to interact with Win+I or Win+D shortcuts.
Do they start working when you uninstall Open-Shell?
