This milestone will focus on refactoring the MGCP stack of the Media Server, to make it more responsive, faster and efficient. Most notably, we aim to fix a CPU leaks caused by some ghost endpoints and connections that the MGCP stack fails to clean.

Several patches should be delivered at core level as well, to ensure the stability of the Media Server.
