Skip indeterminate empty API versions instead of clearing update flags, trim versions before compare, clarify rate-limit messaging, drop theme font overrides on the update badge, and extend service/menu tests.
Ship URL parsing and --modsync=/positional launch wiring with single-instance queue reuse, deferring OS registration to a follow-up plan.
