Notification bells requires GUI notifications

Issue

Thanks for the implementation in #590 , I can see the bell now, but unfortunately it requires to have the notifications running too (which is very annoying notifications in my desktop), so I cannot use cecli to print only just bell notifications without gui notifications:

--notification-bell

Using this option alone doesnt print bells

--notifications --notification-bell

I need to use it like this in order to have bells, but it will show gui notifications too
