Let's create a sample project based on the lessons learned from implementing multiple Pedestal projects using Component.

Ping @christianromney. I've already started work on this in the samples branch. Feedback appreciated. I plan on adding a Datomic example based on a simple schema.

Once we've got the sample organized the way we want, I'll create a lein template.
