This pull request introduces a configuration update to the
eng/1es-redirect.ymlfile. The main change is the addition of a more permissive network isolation policy.Pipeline configuration:
networkIsolationPolicy: Permissive, CFSCleanto the pipeline settings to allow broader network access during builds.
