We can rephrase some of them as "Future enhacement" instead of "Limitations".

This is not valid in our latest code. We are not using url now.

Isn't there a place for us to mention our current plugin's limitations?
Shall we ask IE team to provide a placeholder URL for detailed documentation? Maybe we can put the URL here and update it as necessary?
