Core 0.14.0 classifies MERGE statements as "merge" instead of "other", so the non-DML push filter (#179) stops dropping them. package.json only; the lockfile syncs once core 0.14.0 is published. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Draft — blocked on core publish. Core 0.14.0 ships when Query-Doctor/Site PR #3583 merges to staging. Until then the lockfile can't resolve
