ci: bump E2ETest timeout to eternal#437

The suite runs ~1150s on CI's macos-latest x bazel 8.x cell, right at the current 1200s ceiling, so run-to-run runner jitter times it out. Give the target real headroom instead of racing the clock. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
