Initial Release

Initial release with no changes to code other than to add CI and adjust mod paths.

The purpose of this release and this repo is to provide a place to collaborate and prototype extensions for u-root/cpu before they are ready to upstream and to provide bleeding-edge releases while waiting for upstream.

Changes:

• add Github actions CI for Docker, Go, and Rust
• modify go.mod and associated import statements throughout codebase
