Ian Cleary is a Senior RF Systems Engineer at Stealth Startup, where I help build spacecraft communications architecture across RF payloads, TT&C, mission-data links, inter-satellite links, tactical interfaces, and ground/partner networks. I bring more than a decade of satellite communications experience from Viasat, spanning MMIC and circuit-board design, phased-array validation, link-budget analysis, payload architecture, integration, and on-orbit test. My background includes high-reliability space systems across L, X, Ku, Ka, and V-band, including Viasat-3 and Viasat-4 payload programs and production software-defined radios for government space missions. I specializes in translating mission requirements into communications systems that can be modeled, prototyped, tested, and scaled into repeatable production for demanding space and national security environments.
