Use the hosted LDK scorer when no external pathfinding scores source is configured on mainnet. Leave the scorer unset by default on test networks. This commit was prepared with OpenAI Codex.
Treat an explicitly empty pathfinding scores source as absent so users can opt out of the mainnet default through config inputs. This commit was prepared with OpenAI Codex.
