Set the extension version to 6.0.0 and the release date to today. Add the 6.0.0 changelog entry for the Bootstrap 5 migration. Update the README's description of the extension to reference Bootstrap 5 instead of Bootstrap 4. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Changes:entry mirrors the last Bootstrap-major release (4.0.0): it leads with the foundation-version change plus the component-level changes that are not derivable from "moved to Bootstrap 5" (the jQuery-to-vanilla JS rewrite and the jumbotron reimplementation). Class and attribute renames are left to the migration guide, and there is noFixes:section because every user-facing delta since 5.2.4 is the migration itself.Otherwise scoped to the release metadata plus the README's "what it does" reference. The per-component docs were already updated for Bootstrap 5 during the migration; the historical migration guide and the BS3 legacy docs are intentionally left as-is.
