Hi I'm Ram Anurag, a final-year ECE student with a pull toward the physical side of computing — the point where an idea on paper turns into something that actually switches, in silicon. VLSI and ASIC design stopped being just a specialization for me a while ago; it's the space I want to build a career in, working toward becoming a design engineer who can carry a chip from a written spec all the way to working hardware.
Outside of coursework, I spend a lot of my time taking projects through real design flows end-to-end, just to understand every step and not only the ones a syllabus covers. I'm early in this journey, but I try to be deliberate about it — every project I pick up is chosen to close a gap in what I actually know how to do, not just to add another line to a list.
