Add Nepali language to langs.json

Hi @bcdipesh Are you still planning to maintain the Nepali translation? If you're open to collaborators, I'd be glad to help carry this forward. I'm a native Nepali speaker, and I'm comfortable owning the translation and reviews long-term. I also have a second maintainer lined up who can confirm here. Happy to join this PR, or if you're no longer active, to pick it up with a complete maintainer setup. Either way I'd love to get the Nepali (ne) docs going. Thanks! |
