End‑to‑end **Joiner–Mover–Leaver automation** built on a hybrid identity model. This lab demonstrates how **Sage HR** lifecycle events flow into **Jira Service Management** for approvals, trigger **Azure Automation Runbooks**, and orchestrate changes across **on‑prem Active Directory**, **Exchange hybrid**, and **Entra ID** using **Graph API**.
